Typographical errors/Price changes

In the event of product mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, www.earthventures.ca reserves the right to not honour orders listed at the incorrect price.

The sole purpose of the www.earthventures.ca site is to introduce the product and availability for purchase online .www.earthventures.ca provides the purchaser with ethically manufactured quality products.

Damages/Credits/Exchanges

All items are fully inspected and quality controlled prior to packaging and shipping.

Earth Ventures cannot accept any Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges for Hygienic Purposes. Product cannot be Returned, Refunded or Exchanged. All Purchases from Earth Ventures are Final Sales, including all personalized/custom orders. Thank you kindly for your understanding.

Security/Indemnification 

It is agreed by you to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless www.earthventures.ca, its agents, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs including lawyer fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions on any activity related to your account including wrongful or negligent conduct by you or any other person accessing the site.

Shipping/Freight/Returns

All items available will be processed within 48 hours. Once the purchase has been confirmed and completed,  you will receive a shipment confirmation. After placing your order, you may click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. 

www.earthventures.ca uses Canada Post standard shipping with signature.

www.earthventures.ca takes no responsibility for items lost, damages, or missing items once they have left the property of www.earthventures.ca.

Layaway Agreement 

This Layaway Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between ("Earth Ventures") and the undersigned customer ("Customer").

 This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions regarding the layaway plan for purchases, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding between both parties.

1. OVERVIEW:

1.1 EARTH VENTURES LAYAWAY PROGRAM Allows the Customer to reserve specified items for purchase by making a series of payments over a period of time.

This flexible payment option provides an opportunity for Customers to acquire their desired products without the immediate financial burden of full payment upfront.

2. LAYAWAY TERMS:

2.1 ELIGIBILITY 

To participate in the layaway program, the Customer must:

Be at least [21] years of age to ensure legal accountability in the agreement.

Agree to the terms of this Agreement, indicating a commitment to the payment schedule and conditions outlined herein.

2.2 LAYAWAY PERIOD 

The layaway period is up to 6 months,

as agreed upon by both parties. This flexibility allows Customers to choose a payment timeline that fits their financial circumstances.

2.3 PAYMENT SCHEDULE 

The Customer agrees to the following payment schedule:

3. MONTHLY PAYMENTS: 

3.1 DEPOSIT

The deposit secures the item for the Customer and indicates their commitment to the purchase.

3.2 BALANCE 

The remaining balance will be paid in monthly installments. Payments can be made anytime during the month before the due date to help Customers manage their budgets.

3.3 PAYMENT:

Payments may be made by E-transfer.

3.4 PAYMENT METHOD:

Earth Ventures has the right to decline any payment method at its discretion.

The items will be held by Earth Ventures until item(s) are paid in full to complete production at that time.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES: 

4.1 PAYMENTS:

The Customer must ensure all payments are made on or before the final due date. It is the Customer’s responsibility to keep track of their payment schedule. 

Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of this Agreement. 

5 CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: 

5.1 CANCELLATIONS POLICY:

A deposit constitues A Final Sale. 

5.2 REFUNDS:

No refunds will be issued. 

All Sales Are Final.

However, the dollar amount may be put towards the subtotal, before taxes and shipping costs, IN STOCK ONLY Earth Ventures products, to the discretion of Earth Ventures. 

6. ITEM RETRIEVAL: 

6.1 FINAL PAYMENT:

The Customer must complete all payments by the end of the layaway period to retrieve the reserved items. Upon completion of the payment schedule, Earth Ventures 

will notify the Customer, arranging for a delivery process.

6.2 FAILURE TO COMPLETE PAYMENTS:

If the Customer fails to complete payments by the end of the layaway period, the Agreement will be considered void, and all funds paid will be forfeited. 

Earth Ventures may retain the items for future sales and will not be obligated to refund the Customer.

7. AGREEMENT SIGNATURES: 

Payment of the first deposit constitutes  both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Layaway Agreement. This above method represents a binding commitment by both the Customer and Earth Ventures.

Production items

Custom orders take approximately 6 weeks. Production begins when deposits reach 50% of the purchase.
